Date : 05-07-2024 Appellant has assailed the order of the learned Single Judge dated 13.11.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.
19802 of 2019.
2. Grievance of the appellant is in respect of regulating the suspension period as a duty from the date of suspension till passing of a dismissal order. Dismissal order was modified by the Appellate Authority to withholding of three annual increments without cumulative effect. The learned Single Judge has not apprised the factual material information to the extent that there is no order of regulating the suspension period. In the counter affidavit, in the present L.P.A, Respondent Nos. 3 to 6 have furnished Annexures – A, B and C. Learned counsel for the Respondent pointed out Annexure- C suffice to the grievance of the appellant to the extent of regulating the suspension period. It is necessary to reproduce Annexure-C dated 05.06.2015 and it reads as under:-
