Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and

the learned APP for the State.

The present petition is by way of second attempt

at the behest of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with

Patepur PS case no. 224 of 2018 under Sections 364/120B, 302,

201, 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 13, 16, 19, 20

of the U.A.P. Act and Section 27 of Arms Act, inasmuch as the

earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected by a

co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide
