2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-

"i) To issue an appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) in the nature of writ of Certiorari for quashing the order issued vide DOC No. 595 dated 06.07.2022 under the signature of the respondent Senior Project Engineer (as contained in Annexure-16) whereby the contract awarded to the petitioner for "Construction of H.L. R.C.C. bridge (10x18.00 over river Dardha including approach road between Paibigha Bazar to Balabigha village in the District of Gaya" vide Agreement No.- SBD-03 of 2021-22 has been rescinded and the measurement of the work don will be made on 09.07.2022.

ii) To issue an appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the admitted amount of dues for the work done by the petitioner and also to refund the amount of other deductions which has been made by the department along with reasonable interest thereon as there was no fault on the part of the petitioner in not completing the work within the stipulated period as pr
