Learned counsel for the petitioner, counsel for the

State and counsel for the University, Mr. Iqbal Asif Niazi

present thorough virtual mode.

The present application has been filed directing the

respondent to pay the retiral dues of the petitioner who was

working as peon IVth grade employee in C. M. Science College

under Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that his full retiral

dues has not been paid. Counter affidavit has not been filed in

this case but counsel for petitioner seeks liberty from this Court

to file a fresh representation before the authority concerned who

shall look into the claims of the petitioner and it is directed to

the University that all admissible dues of the petitioner may be

paid within 6 weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ application

stands disposed off.
