Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
counsel for the State.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that counter
affidavit has been received and he seeks two weeks time.
Counsel for the State categorically mentioned that in
the counter affidavit it has been clearly stated in paragraph no.7

that admissible dues have been paid to the petitioner.
In this background, this application is disposed of
directing the petitioner that upon going through the counter
affidavit, if he found anything not paid or some part which is
still left found due, he may file representation in this regard
within 6 weeks from the date of passing of this order and
authority will decide the same within 10 weeks thereafter.
With this direction, the writ application is hereby
disposed off.
