Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

APP for the State.

In the present case, the petitioner seeks bail in

connection with Baniyapur P.S.Case No. 416 of 2021 registered

for the alleged offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar

Prohibition Act and Excise Act.

As per prosecution case, two co-accused persons were

apprehended with 108 litres of beer and 150 litres of country
