2. The petitioner superannuated on 30.06.2016 from the post of Jamadar in Municipal Corporation, Munger. Despite superannuation way back in the year 2016, when the petitioner has not been allowed his post retiral benefits, he approached before this Court by filing the present writ petition, seeking a direction upon the respondent-Municipal Corporation to ensure payment of all his post retiral benefits and other admissible dues, as has been mentioned in paragraph-1 of the writ petition.

3. During the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has been accorded all his post retiral benefits and other dues, except the provident fund amount as well as differential amount of 5 th and 6 th Pay Revision.
4. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 3 and 4.
5. It is categorically averred that the petitioner has already been paid his admissible gratuity, leave encashment and other dues. So far the provident fund amount is concerned, the petitioner is not in receipt of any instruction.
