Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s) :-

“(i) For giving a direction upon the respondent

authorities to taking immediate steps for transfer of

license of my Late father namely Nand Lal Yadav in

favour of the petitioner in connection with the tea stall

and wheel Barrow operated by the petitioner in

Kishanganj Railway station at platform no.2 in his

favour at an early date and thereby allowing him to the

license fee with respect to the said unit.

(11) For issuance of a direction upon the respondent

authorities to not disturb the work on platform no.2

done by the petitioner.”
