After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants

seek permission to withdraw this appeal.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn.

However, if the appellants surrender before the learned

Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular

bail, the learned Court below shall pass the order, preferably, on

the same day, in accordance with law, considering the fact that

there is no specific overt act against the appellant nos. 2 to 6, the

specific allegation is only against the appellant no.1.
