As the issue involved in the present writ petitions are one and the same, all the cases are disposed of by a common judgment.
2. For the purpose of convenience, the facts in the CWJC No. 848 of 2024 are reiterated.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
4. The writ petition No. 848 of 2024 has been filed for the following relief(s):-
