The present appeal is directed against the order dated 26.05.2025 passed by learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with SC/ST Trial No. 107 of 2024, (CIS No. 80 of 2024) arising out of Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 68 of 2023, registered under Sections 279 , 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 504, 506, 34 of the IPC and Section

The prosecution story, in brief, is that respondent no. 2/ informant submitted written application before the SHO of Kalyanpur Police Station, East Champaran stating therein that on 27.02.2023 at about 8:00 PM, appellants and other ran over two she-goats with Apache motorcycle and when same was protested, informant was abused by the accused persons.
