1. The present appeal preferred by appellants/convicts against judgment of conviction dated 28-10-2021 and order of sentence dated 01-11-2021 passed by the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge- III, Sheikhpura, passed in Sessions Trial No. 714/2011/Trial No. 33/2021 in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 196/2010, whereby and whereunder appellants/convicts have been convicted for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 337, 307, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act and sentenced them to undergo rigorous imprisonment for seven (07) years and fine of Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees three thousand) each for Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and in default of payment of fine, they shall ordered to undergo extra imprisonment for three months. They shall further undergo imprisonment for a period of two years for the offence under Section 147 of the Indian Penal Code. They shall further undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of two years for the offence under Section 148 of the Indian Penal Code. They shall further undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of one year for the offence under Section 324 of the Indian Pen
