03.11.2025 passed in CWJC No. 23435 of 2018 seeking extension of time by two weeks with respect to petitioner no. 16, enabling her to file her representation and also to ensure her appearance in compliance with the aforenoted order.

2. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that because of circumstances beyond her control, besides her father was under treatment in SGPGI, Lucknow on account of the fact he was suffering from acute renal ailment, the petitioner could not submit her representation and ensure her appearance within stipulate time and, as such, the present modification application seeking extension of time for two weeks, from today.
