9 06-02-2026 Re:- I.A. No. 01 of 2025 The present interlocutory application has been filed for substitution of Opposite Party No. 4, namely Shashiban Bano, who has passed away. The heirs and legal representatives of the deceased have been described in paragraph 4 of the application.

2. The interlocutory application is allowed Accordingly, the office is directed to substitute the name of Opposite Party No. 4 with heirs and legal representatives.

3. Let the notice be issued to the newly added heirs and legal representatives of opposite party No. 4 for which, requisites etc under registered cover as well as under ordinary process must be filed within a period of four weeks.

4. Further, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to comply the earlier order dated 12.12.2025 and file jointness affidavit with regard to opposite party nos. 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12 within a period of four weeks from today.

5. List this matter after ten weeks.
