4 06-02-2026 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3 41 , 323, 379, 504 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act .
3. The petitioner and the opposite party no.2, in compliance of the order dated 09.01.2026, are present in the Court.
4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner, being husband, has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that police had given notice under Section 4 1(A) of the Cr.P.C. to the petitioner and the petitioner cooperated in the investigation, as such, police never felt the need of arresting the petitioner, but then, charge-sheet came to be submitted based on which, cognizance has been taken, hence petitioner apprehends his arrest.
