2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State as well as the respondent-Election Authority seeks time for filing counter-affidavit.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are elected members of the respondent No. 7 herein (Manuar Primary Agriculture Credit Co-operative Societies Ltd. (PACS)) and they have been validly elected on 30.11.2024. That by virtue of the impugned order passed by the authority, the Managing Committee and the Society is superseded and an administrator is appointed to look after the affairs of the Society.
