ORAL ORDER
3 11-12-2025 Without going into the merits/demerits, the present writ petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission itself with the consent of both the counsels.
2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an Advocate who has rendered his services to the Gaya Municipal Corporation from 1999 to 2010, however the bills of the petitioner have not been cleared till date. Learned counsel submits that though number of representations have been given to the authorities concerned for payment of the professional fees amounting to Rs 2,17,050/-, the authorities have not not paid the same. Further, it is stated that the petitioner has given representations from time to time seeking payment of the above amount but no steps have been taken by the respondent-Corporation to pay the outstanding amount due to the petitioner for the professional services rendered by the petitioner as an Advocate. Learned counsel, therefore, seeks a direction to the respondent-authorities to pay the above mentioned amount by fixing a time frame.
