2 22-12-2025 Without going into the merits of demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of ‘Admission’ with the consent of both the counsels.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he has made a representation (Annexure - P/2) to the Respondent No. 4 herein ventilating his grievance but till date the respondent authority has not taken any action on the same. Learned counsel submits that the Respondent No. 4 may be directed to pass necessary orders on the representation made by the petitioner by fixing a timeframe.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State submits that there is no endorsement of the Respondent No. 4 have been received on the representation dated 13.08.2025 made by the petitioner nor any postal receipt has been enclosed along with the said representation. Learned counsel submits that in case the petitioner submits a fresh representation ventilating his grievance, the same shall be taken into consideration and necessary orders passed by the concerned authority.
