13 09-12-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents are present.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents are directed to take instructions as to why the salary for the undisputed period in respect of these petitioners has not been adjudicated and paid till date, within a period of six weeks.

3. Let the appropriate affidavit be filed by the next date of hearing in so far as the salary of these petitioners is concerned, within the time so granted aforesaid, and if it is found that the petitioners are entitled to salary for the undisputed period, the same shall be paid, and an appropriate affidavit in this regard shall also be filed. If necessary, the petitioners may be summoned with the relevant documents to participate in the adjudication process, with due communication.

4. While signing the order, this Court noticed that the notices issued by this Court were not accepted by Respondent No. 9. Therefore, to pass appropriate orders in this case and to ensure his appearance, this matter is directed to be listed on
