2 16-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-
“For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ/writs for order/orders, direction/directions for payment of dues salary from 2023 to 2025 till today without any notice. Though, the petitioner is working regularly as a teacher in the said school (Middle School, Gayghat, Simari, Buxar).”
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as Primary Panchayat Teacher in Simari Panchayat in the year 2013 and after submitting joining, she has regularly been paid salary till December, 2022, but for no prudent reason, the salary has not been paid since January, 2023 till today.
