13 22-12-2025 Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 16.12.2025, the State has filed 2^nd supplementary counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No.4 bringing on record the order passed in compliance of the order dated 06.12.2021 passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench in Letters Patent Appeal No. 292 of 2014, by passing a reasoned order which is contained in Memo No. 390 dated 29.10.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners proposes to file appropriate application challenging the said reasoned order i.e., Memo No. 390 dated 29.10.2025, for which he seeks two weeks time.

3. Post these cases on 15.01.2026 treating it to be the part heard.
