2 16-12-2025 The present writ application has been filed in the form of a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) for the following reliefs:

“A. for issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondents to hold an inquiry for the committed embezzlement of funds in the name of government scheme.

B. For the issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondents to launch prosecution against the person involved in committing embezzlement of public money through corruption under the government scheme.

C. For issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondent authority to check against the accumulation of assets in excess of income by the Respondent No. 8.

D. For any other relief or relief for which petitioner is entitled in the opinion of this Hon’ble High Court.”

2. In view of the grievance raised by the petitioner, he is directed to make an application before the the Block Development Officer, Manigacchi, Darbhanga (respondent No.

6).

3. Upon submission of such application, respondent No. 6 shall conduct an appropriate enquiry after affording an opportunity of hearing to all concerned stakeholders and thereafter submit a report to the District Magistrate, Darbhanga (respondent No. 5).

4. In case any adverse report is submitted, the District Magistrate, Darbhanga shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law, against all persons found to be involved in the irregularities and illegalities.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ application stands disposed of.

6. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
