State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-State submits that the impugned order passed by the District Teachers Appellate Authority dated 24.03.2015 passed in Appeal Case No. 12 of 2015 (Annexure-4) is completely illegal for the reason that the District Teachers Appellate Authority could not have issued a direction for appointment of a person. He invites the attention of this Court to relevant portion of the impugned order which is quoted hereinbelow for needful:
