7 05-12-2025 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-
State.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner-State submits that the impugned order passed by the District Teachers Appellate Authority dated 24.03.2015 passed in Appeal Case No. 12 of 2015 (Annexure-4) is completely illegal for the reason that the District Teachers Appellate Authority could not have issued a direction for appointment of a person. He invites the attention of this Court to relevant portion of the impugned order which is quoted hereinbelow for needful:

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-State further submits that the issue as to whether the District Teachers Appellate Authority can give a direction for appointment of a person was a subject matter of consideration in CWJC No. 4612 of 2010 ( Veermani Kumar vs the State of Bihar & Ors) and by order dated 11.04.2013, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court was pleased to hold and observed as fo
