2. The petitioner in the present writ application has prayed for the grant of following relief:-

“That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction for quashing the order dated 20.5.17 passed in Appeal no.21/2016 passed by Presiding officer District Appellate Authority, Katihar where the appeal of petitioner has been rejected Annexure- and for quashing the order dated 3.11.17 in Case no. Appeal-144/2017 passed by Learned Chairman State Appellate Authority Patna where by the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of the District Appellate Authority has been rejected and for quashing letter no. 51 dated 24.11.15 issued by Panchayat Secretary where by the Services of the petitioner as panchayat Teacher has been cancelled Annexure and for a further direction to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Panchayat Teacher with all Consequential benefits or for any other order or orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the Circumstances of this
