7 03-12-2025 Having heard the learned counsel on behalf of the appellant.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant is directed to file substitution petition impleading legal heirs and representatives of deceased-respondent no. 11 within three weeks from the date of this order.

3. He is further directed to file a jointness petition between Vijay Hembram (respondent no. 20) and Tilai Mandal (respondent no. 12) stating, inter alia, their relationship and since the respondent no. 12 is not the member of the same family of the respondent no. 20, the appellant is directed to take fresh step for service of notice under registered speed post with A/D in the name of respondent no. 20, requisites to be filed within one week from the date of this order.

4. The matter to be listed under the same heading on

27th January, 2026, awaiting service report and or/on appearance of respondent, whichever is earlier.
