Mr. AC to SC-9 For the BPSC : Mr. Sanjay Pandey, Advocate Mr. Nishant Kumar Jha, Advocate CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER

13 17-12-2025 These bunch of cases have been listed by virtue of mentioning made by the petitioner-in-person, Kesh Dutt Mishra of CWJC No. 17079 of 2024. From the mentioning slip, it transpires that petitioner-in-person, Kesh Dutt Mishra has moved before this Court to argue in-person but when the case has been listed today it transpires that name of the counsel is there.

2. Ms. Shilpi Keshri, learned counsel for the petitioner of CWJC No. 17079 of 2024 submits that mentioning has not been made by her.

3. Under this unfortunate situation, these cases are directed to be listed on 12.01.2026 in regular course.

(Dr. Anshuman, J)
