CWJC No.5733 of 2025, which is listed as item No.2 and this case cannot be heard with the writ petitions listed in Serial Nos.2.1 to 2.3 being CWJC Nos.2519 of 2025, CWJC No.5368 of 2025 and CWJC No.10813 of 2025. Therefore, item No.2 being CWJC No.5733 of 2025 be de-listed from Serial Nos.2.1 to 2.3 being CWJC Nos.2519 of 2025, CWJC No.5368 of 2025 and CWJC No.10813 of 2025.

3. Learned Advocates on behalf of the petitioners are present.

4. Ms. Shrishti Singh, learned Advocate submits that she has already received duly executed Vakalatnama from respondent Nos.9 and 10 and she will file the same by this week.

5. It is also submitted by her that respondent Nos.9 and 10 need to file counter affidavit against the instant writ petitions.

6. Therefore, the respondent Nos.9 and 10 be granted two weeks’ time after vacation to file counter affidavit and serve a copy of the same to the learned Advocate for the petitioners.

7. Petitioners are at liberty to file rejoinder to the said counter affidavit, if any, within one week, thereafter.

8. It is also submitted by the learned Advocate on behalf of the respondent Nos.9 and 10 that similar other cases on the same subject against the respondent Nos.9 and 10 are pending, where practically identical issues are involved. Therefore, these cases may be tagged together and heard analogously.
