2. The present interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the appellants for suspension of sentence and grant of bail during pendency of the present appeal.
3. The appellants have been convicted and sentenced Rs. 20,000/- each, and in default of payment of fine to further the offence under Section 307 /34 of the Indian Penal Code .
Further, they have been sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life and fine of Rs. 30,000/- each, and in default of payment of fine, to further undergo additional imprisonment for a period of three months for the offence under Section 302 /34 of the Indian Penal Code .
4. It has been submitted on behalf of the appellants that the appellants have been wrongly convicted by the learned Trial Court. The Learned Trial Court has not appreciated the evidence available on record. Further, it has been submitted that the appellants are in custody since 16.08.2022 and had earlier remained in custody duri
