2. The present interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the appellant No. 2 only, namely Anjit Sah @ Anjit Kumar, for suspension of sentence and grant of bail during pendency of the present appeal.
3. The appellant No. 2 has been convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life and fine of Rs. 10,000/- for the offence under Sections 302 /149 of IPC. He has further been convicted and sentenced to undergo SI for 02 years under Section 147 of IPC and, in default of payment of fine, to further undergo SI for 02 months. However, all the sentences were directed to run concurrently.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the appellant No. 2 that the appellant No. 2 has wrongly been convicted by the learned Trial Court.
