2. The present interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the appellant for suspension of sentence and grant of bail during pendency of the present appeal.

3. The appellant has been convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life and a fine of Rs. 50,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and in default of payment of fine, to undergo simple imprisonment for 03 months. Further, the appellant was sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 5 years and to pay a fine of Rs. 5,000/- for the offence under Section 27 of the Arms Act and in default of payment of fine, to undergo simple imprisonment for 03 months. Further, the appellant was directed to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 02 years and to pay a fine of Rs. 2000/- under Section 148 IPC and in default of payment of fine, to undergo simple imprisonment for 03 months.
