The petitioner is an institute represented through its authorized signatory has approached this Court seeking a direction upon the concerned respondent to accord temporary affiliation to the petitioner-college to impart Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Commerce courses for the academic session 2025-29 and 2026-30 and consequently upload the name of the college in the portal of the list of the affiliated college so that the institute could take admission of the students for the academic session 2025-29 and 2026-30.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner-college was duly registered in the college affiliation portal of Bihar having registration no.2024000325 dated 09.01.2025. Upon submission of the security money to the respondent-University for affiliation, the inspection team duly inspected the institution and verified the record. On being satisfied, the inspecting team recommended for affiliation of the petitioner-college to the respondent-University and the State Government.
