8 08-12-2025 The present writ petition has been preferred by the Petitioner against the impugned order dated 19.11.2017 passed by learned Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur in Complaint Case No. 20 of 2017, whereby learned Special Judge has dismissed his Complaint for want of sanction against the accused persons.

2. Learned court below has relied upon Anil Kumar Vs. M.K. Aaiyappa , 2013 (10) SCC 705 and Sakaldeo Paswan Vs. State of Bihar through D.G. Vigilance & Anr. as reported in 2015 (3) PLJR 790

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner is seeking permission to withdraw the present petition so that he can challenge this impugned judicial order in Criminal Revision or any other proceeding, if so advised. He is also seeking liberty to file writ petition for mandamus to the concerned authority to pass order regarding sanction.

4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty as sought for.
