2. This matter was taken up on mentioning by learned counsel for the petitioner submitting that interim protection of the petitioner granted by Hon’ble Supreme Court is only up to

26th of December, 2025 but after 26th of December, 2025, this Court gets closed on account of winter vacation starting from 25th of December, 2025 to 4th of January, 2026. Hence, the petitioner after 26th December, 2025, would be unprotected without any judicial remedy during the vacation. Seeing this urgency, the matter was taken up and both the parties are represented.
