2. This matter was taken up on mentioning by learned counsel for the petitioner submitting that interim protection of the petitioner granted by Hon’ble Supreme Court is only up to

26^th of December, 2025 but after 26^th of December, 2025, this Court gets closed on account of winter vacation starting from 25^th of December, 2025 to 4^th of January, 2026. Hence, the petitioner after 26^th December, 2025, would be unprotected without any judicial remedy during the vacation. Seeing this urgency, the matter was taken up and both the parties are represented.
