2 11-12-2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 303(2), 109, 118(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the B.N.S. .

3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, forcibly entered into house of informant and started misbehaving with daughter of informant. Upon protest, all the accused persons abused and assaulted informant and his family members.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. Petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case with ulterior motive. Injuries, allegedly caused by Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2, are simple in nature. Rest of the allegations are ornamental in order to make the case grave.
