2 12-12-2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40778 of 2025 whereby this Court was pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a direction that he shall pay the alleged defalcated amount amounting to Rs. 9,00,000/- (Rupees nine lacs) out of which Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) shall be deposited at the time of furnishing bail bond and rest of the amount shall be deposited in 12 equal installments amounting to Rs. 8,00,000/- (Rupees eight lacs) within a period of twelve months from the date of furnishing bail-bond in the Nazarat of the learned trial court.
