5 01-12-2025 Following is the relief sought for in the present writ application:-
“1. This petition is a Public Interest Litigation, seeking directions from this Hon'ble Court to the respondent authorities to construct the building of the Additional Primary Health Centre on the land, measuring an area of 1 Acre 5 Decimal situated in Mauza- Dewra, PS- Kutumba (now Amba) District- Aurangabad, donated by the Dewara Tole villagers, with a registered gift deed No.- 6381 dated 19/05/1988, for that purpose, on the request of the then Hon'ble Health Minister, Bihar, for the construction of a 6-bed hospital in Dewra Tola, village Badkagaon, PS-Kutumba (now Amba), District Aurangabad. However, the Circle Officer of Kutumba, without verifying this fact, recommended the other plot bearing Plot No.- 928 of the same Mauza for the construction of the building of the Additional Pri
