3 10-12-2025 The present writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:
“(I) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or a writ of certiorari or any other writ of the like nature thereby quashing the clause 9.2 (xii) of the prospectus for PGMAC (Post Graduate Medical Admission Counselling)-
2021 issued by the Respondent No.3 herein whereby and where under the seat leaving bond penalty to the tune of Rs. 13,20,000/-has been imposed by Respondent No.6 upon the petitioner specifying that without paying the seat leaving penalty the petitioner would not be able to get his original documents that is ultra vires to Article
14 & 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India .
