2 22-12-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed to implead the informant and District Supply Officer, Motihari, East Champaran as opposite party no. 2 and 3 respectively in course of the day.
2. Heard Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh, learned APP representing the State.
3. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 269 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 303(1) and 317(4) of the B.N.S., lodged on 14.07.2025 by the informant Arun Kumar.
4. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that on secret information that the petitioner is in a business of unauthorisedly selling the diesel, the place was raided and there is recovery/seizure of 160 liter diesel alongwith the materials to measure the diesel.
