2. In earlier judgment dated 26.11.2025 of this Court, there were some typographical errors in some parts of the judgment which are as follows:

(i). In paragraph 11, Exhibit 1/A original information application dated 9-7-07 in x has wrongly been typed in place of ‘original information application dated 09.07.2007’, and in same paragraph, Exhibit 10/A in Miscellaneous Case No.3 of 2007 dated 29-2006-2007 and 02.2007.2007 has wrongly been ‘

typed in place of Miscellaneous Case No. 3 of 2007 dated 29.06.2007 and 02.07.2007.’ Accordingly, original information application dated 9-7-07 in x be read as ‘original information application dated 09.07.2007’ and Exhibit 10/A in Miscellaneous Case No.3 of 2007 dated 29-2006-2007 and 02.2007.2007 be read as ‘Miscellaneous Case No. 3 of 2007 dated 29.06.2007 and 02.07.2007.’

(ii) The name of Md.Jasimuddin/Jsimuddin in paragraph-6, paragraph-12(Exhibit-C, C-5 and C-8) has wrongly been typed in place of ‘Md. Jashimuddin.’
