2. In earlier judgment dated 26.11.2025 of this Court, there were some typographical errors in some parts of the judgment which are as follows:

(i). In paragraph 11, Exhibit 1/A original information application dated 9-7-07 in x has wrongly been typed in place of ‘original information application dated 09.07.2007’, and in same paragraph, Exhibit 10/A in Miscellaneous Case No.3 of 2007 dated 29-2006-2007 and 02.2007.2007 has wrongly been ‘

typed in place of Miscellaneous Case No. 3 of 2007 dated 29.06.2007 and 02.07.2007.’ Accordingly, original information application dated 9-7-07 in x be read as ‘original information application dated 09.07.2007’ and Exhibit 10/A in Miscellaneous Case No.3 of 2007 dated 29-2006-2007 and 02.2007.2007 be read as ‘Miscellaneous Case No. 3 of 2007 dated 29.06.2007 and 02.07.2007.’

(ii) The name of Md.Jasimuddin/Jsimuddin in paragraph-6, paragraph-12(Exhibit-C, C-5 and C-8) has wrongly been typed in place of ‘Md. Jashimuddin.’

Accordingly, his name be read as ‘Md. Jashimuddin.’ (iii) In paragraph no. 12, Exhibit I- Circled Officer has wrongly been typed in place of ‘Circle Officer’ Accordingly, the term Circled Officer be read as ‘Circle Officer.’

(iv) In paragraph no. 15 in the seventh line, the term Trail has wrongly been typed in place of ‘Trial’. Accordingly, the term Trail be read as ‘Trial’

(v) In paragraph no. 15.ii in eleventh line, the term unattainable has wrongly been typed in place of ‘untenable.’

Accordingly, the term unattainable be read as ‘untenable’.

(vi) In paragraph no. 16.i, in fourteenth line, the phrase ‘under fraud and illegal and on wrong report. Whereas the defendant is coming in possession since more than twelve years over the suit land’ has wrongly been typed in place of ‘under fraud, on the basis of wrong report, whereas the defendant is in possession of the suit land for more than twelve years.’ Accordingly, the phrase under fraud and illegal and on wrong report. (vii) In paragraph 16.ii, the term hector has wrongly been typed in place of ‘hectare’. Accordingly, the term hector be read as ‘hectare.’

(viii) The name of Md. Ziyauddin in paragraph

16.iii, 16.iv and 16.v has wrongly been typed in place of ‘Md.

Jiyauddin.’ Accordingly, his name be read as ‘Md. Jiyauddin’.

(ix) In paragraph 16.v, in last line 1888 has wrongly been typed in place of ‘1882.’ Accordingly, 1888 be read as ‘1882.’

(x) In paragraph 16.vi, P. Kishore Kumar v. Vittal Patkar has wrongly been typed in place of ‘ P. Kishore Kumar v. Vittal Patkar 2023 INSC 1009.’ Accordingly, P. Kishore Kumar v. Vittal Patkar be read as ‘ P. Kishore Kumar v. Vittal Patkar 2023 INSC 1009.’

(xi) In paragraph 16.vii, Kewal Krishan v. Rajesh Kumar (SC) has wrongly been typed in place of Kewal Krishan v. Rajesh Kumar (2021 INSC 489) and in thirteenth line Hafeeza Bibi v. Shaikh Farid (2011) has wrongly been typed in place of Hafeeza Bibi v. Shaikh Farid (AIR 2011 SUPREME COURT 1695). Accordingly, Kewal Krishan v. Rajesh Kumar be read as ‘ Kewal Krishan v. Rajesh Kumar (2021 INSC 489) and Hafeeza Bibi v. Shaikh Farid (2011) be read as Hafeeza Bibi v. Shaikh Farid (AIR 2011 SUPREME COURT 1695).

(xii) In paragraph 21, page 34, in first line, the term width has wrongly been typed in place of ‘with.’ Accordingly the term width be read as ‘with.’
