3 10-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in con-

nection with Bettiah Nagar P.S. Case No. 164 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code .

FIR was lodged by the Branch manager, Central Bank of India, Bettiah alleging therein that petitioner availed a loan of Rs. 5,00,000/- in the name of RR Computers under the Cent Trade Scheme on the basis of forged document as security paper. It is further alleged that petitioner has not cleared his loan amount till date.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. During course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is ready to make payment of the entire loan amount but he is unable to pay the same at once.

5. Considering the fact that petitioner is ready to pay the loan amount, he is directed to pay the 25 % of the amount i.e. Rs. 1,25,000/- (Rs. One lakh and twenty thousand only) at the time of filing bail bond. So far as rest of the amount is con- cerned, petitioner will pay the same in four equal monthly in- stallments i.e. Rs. 93,750/- (Rs. Ninety three thousand seven hundred fifty only) after his release.

6. Learned counsel for the informant has no objection in accepting the loan amount in installments.

7. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on provisional bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on provisional bail for a period of six months on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Addi- tional Sessions Judge-VIII, West Champaran at Bettiah in con- nection with Bettiah Nagar P.S. Case No. 164 of 2014 with a condition that one of the bailors must be the family member of the petitioner.

visional bail of the above named petitioner after verifying the fact that whether the entire loan amount i.e Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rs.

FIVE LAKH) has been deposited to the Bank or not.

9. Accordingly, the present Cri. Misc. application stands disposed of.
