3 10-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in con-
nection with Bettiah Nagar P.S. Case No. 164 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. FIR was lodged by the Branch manager, Central Bank of India, Bettiah alleging therein that petitioner availed a loan of Rs. 5,00,000/- in the name of RR Computers under the Cent Trade Scheme on the basis of forged document as security paper. It is further alleged that petitioner has not cleared his loan amount till date.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. During course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is ready to make
