2 24-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bhairoganj P. S. Case No. 41 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 111(2), 111(1), 111(3), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2), 352, 11(2) of BNS
3. The prosecution case is that the petitioners, in connivance and in furtherance of common intention with other co-accused persons, fraudulently executed a deed of sale in respect of informant’s ancestral land, with the dishonest intention of unlawfully grabbing and depriving the informant from her property.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are quite innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is no independent eye witness of the alleged occurrence and even no one come forward to support the factum of the FIR. He further submits that there is bona-fide land dispute between the parties and Title Suit No. 308 of 2024 and 265 of 2024 are going on in the between the petitioners and the informant regarding the land in quest
