2. This appeal is preferred against the order dated
28.06.2025 passed by the learned Exclusive Special Judge, SC/ST (POA)Act, Gaya passed in ABP No. 170 of 2025 arising out of SC/ST P.S. Case No. 28 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126 (2), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023 and under Sections 3(i)(r)(s)(f), 3(2)(va) of the SC/ST Act , by which the prayer of the appellants for anticipatory bail was rejected.
3. As per the prosecution case, the appellants are said to have acquired the land of the informant and they set up a brick kiln on the said land and by making roads on that land, sand-laden trucks and heavy vehicles were being used. When the informant objected the same, accused Munshi along with his associates started abusing the informant by taking caste name and threatened for dire consequences.
