3 02-12-2025 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80 and
3(5) of the BNS , 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that his daughter was married to Raju on 09.03.2025, after marriage, the accused persons including the petitioners started torturing the victim for dowry of Rs. 1 Lakh, further the victim came at the time of Holi and disclosed that the accused persons may kill her for dowry, next alleges that on 29.04.2025, he received a call and the caller informed that his daughter is lying dead and the accused persons are absconding, next alleges that after cremation, the FIR is being instituted.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that allegation
