3 09-12-2025 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State, Sri Chandra Bhushan Prasad. 2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 , 366A of the Indian Penal Code .
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 has antecedent of one case, petitioner nos. 2 and 4 are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner no.3 has antecedent of two cases and the informant alleges that on 31-7-
2023 at about 4:30 pm, accused Aditya along with Nakat kidnapped her minor daughter aged about 15 years from home, while Shankar and Shashibhushan kept the vehicle started on the road and took her daughter on pint of pistol towards Shivkhpura, further Guddu also took Rs. 4,000/- along with silver jewellery from the house, it is next alleged that about an year back, Aditya had kidnapped her daughter on pretext of marriage and exploited her physically and also made inappropriate video viral.
