Date: 25-11-2025 The present writ petition has been preferred against the order dated 21.07.2025 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Ld. C.A.T.’) in O.A. No. 050/00511/2025 whereby and whereunder the original application filed by the petitioners herein has been dismissed.
2. The short facts of the case according to the petitioners is that the petitioner No.1 is the widow of the deceased employee of the respondents namely late Kameshwar Prasad while the petitioner No.2 is the son of the deceased employee. The deceased employee was posted as Grade-IV employee in the Department of Post and deputed at General Post Office, Patna, however unfortunately he died in harness on 22.04.2011.
