Heard the parties.

2. This interlocutory application has been filed by the petitioner for permitting the petitioner to make necessary amendments in the main prayer portion of the writ petition.

3. The details of the amendment sought has been given in Schedule I attached to this application.

4. Learned counsel appearing for private respondent as well as Bihar Staff Selection Commission submits that if they are granted an opportunity to file supplementary counter affidavit responding to the amended prayer then in that situation they would not oppose this interlocutory application.

5. For the reasons as stated in the interlocutory application and the affidavit, the present interlocutory application is allowed. The amendments which have been detailed out in the Schedule I of this application would be considered as part of the main prayer of the writ application and to that extent, the main prayer of the writ application will stand amended.

6. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-

Bihar Staff Selection Commission and private respondent are permitted to file supplementary counter affidavit responding to the amended prayer.

7. As prayed for, two weeks’ time is granted to the respondent to file supplementary counter affidavit.

C.W.J.C. No. 15080 of 2016

8. Learned counsel appearing for the private respondent is directed to give a copy of the counter affidavit to the learned counsel appearing for Bihar Staff Selection Commission.

9. Put up this matter along with C.W.J.C. No.12931 of

2016.
