Learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for

respondent No.6 to 8 and learned counsel for the respondent-

University.

2. By previous order dated 02.12.2025, last chance

was granted to respondent No.6 to 8 and the University to file

Patna High Court CWJC No.13995 of 2016(14) dt.30-01-2026

counter affidavit. Learned counsel appearing for the University

submits that the University has filed a supplementary counter

affidavit. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.6 to 8

submits that he has neither been served a copy of counter

affidavit nor a copy of the supplementary counter affidavit filed

by the University.

3. Learned counsel for the University is directed to

serve a copy of the counter affidavit as well as supplementary

counter affidavit on the learned counsel appearing for

respondent No.6 to 8.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent No.6 to 8 prays

for further accommodation for filing a counter affidavit despite

the fact that last chance was granted by previous order dated

08.12.2025.

5. As prayed for, further three week’s time is granted

to respondent No.6 to 8 again by way of last chance to file

counter affidavit subject to deposit cost of Rs.5,000/- in the

Saving Account bearing No.7801893276 (IFSC Code-

IDIB000L501) in the name of Lawyer’s Association Welfare

Benevolent Fund, L.N.M.I., Baily Road, Patna.
