2. In the present case, the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 82 of 2025 dated 13.03.2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1) and 238 of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, a dead body was recovered which was subsequently identified to be the body of one Sanjeev Kumar. The name of the petitioner transpired during investigation for being involved in a conspiracy of murder
