4 06-01-2026 Heard the parties.

2.The petitioners are named in the complaint case and apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 636 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of IPC and Section 4 of D.P. Act.

3. The allegation against petitioners is to commit cruelty upon complainant. Petitioners are in-laws. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that both petitioners being in- laws are living separately with their son who is the husband of the complainant and thus having no concern with their daily and domestic affairs. It is pointed out that as the husband of the complainant solemnized his second marriage, therefore, to harass entire family these petitioners being parents of husband of complainant, without having any cogent material implicated with present case with general and omnibus allegation.

5. Learned APP duly assisted by Mr. Jitendra Kr.

Giri learned counsel for the informant could not disputed the aforesaid factual submission.

6. In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as the petitioners are in-laws claimed to living separately where thrust of allegation as to commit cruelty by way of solemnizing another marriage is against husband, accordingly both above-named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, are directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Nawada /concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Complaint Case No. 636 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS.
