2. The interlocutory application bearing I.A. No. 2 of

2026 in C.W.J.C. No.892 of 2025 for impleading the proposed intervenors as petitioners, for grant of identical reliefs as prayed for in the writ petitions stands rejected, in view of the settled proposition that there cannot be any intevenor applicant in support of the writ petition seeking identical relief, as has been prayed for by the writ petitioner(s).

3. However, the proposed intervenors shall be at liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if so advised.
